- Payment data: If you upgrade to Pro, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and improve the Branvo service
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Analyse usage patterns to improve user experience
- Respond to your enquiries and support requests

4. AI Processing
The brand kit inputs you provide (business name, industry, vibe) are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your brand identity. Please be aware that your inputs are processed by Anthropic's systems. We recommend reviewing Anthropic's Privacy Policy for more information.
5. Data Storage
We use browser local storage to track your free generation count. This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. We do not currently maintain user accounts or store generated brand kits on our servers.

We use the following third-party services:
- Anthropic Claude API: For AI brand kit generation
- Stripe: For payment processing
- Netlify: For website hosting
7. Cookies
Branvo uses minimal cookies necessary for the operation of the service. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
