1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Branvo (branvo.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Branvo is an AI-powered brand identity generator that creates colour palettes, font recommendations, logo direction, brand voice guides, and social media bios based on user inputs. The service is provided on a freemium basis with paid Pro tiers available.
3. Free Tier
Free users are entitled to 3 brand kit generations. This limit is enforced via browser local storage. Branvo reserves the right to adjust the free tier limits at any time.
4. Pro Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Branvo to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by law
5. Intellectual Property
Content you generate using Branvo (brand kits, colour palettes, etc.) is yours to use commercially. You retain full ownership of the outputs generated for your business.
The Branvo name, logo, website design, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of Branvo and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. AI-Generated Content
Brand kits are generated by AI and are provided as creative suggestions only. We do not guarantee that generated content is unique, original, or free from similarities to existing brands. It is your responsibility to verify that any brand identity you adopt does not infringe on existing trademarks or intellectual property.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Branvo to:
- Generate content for illegal purposes
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits through automated means
- Resell access to the service without our permission
- Interfere with the operation of the service
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Branvo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated brand kits for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Branvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
